The Citizens of the United States dissenting
AT ONE TIME THE MOST SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES
THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES ET AL.
GEORGE W. BUSH, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED
STATES, ET AL, George Bush, GWB
BILL CHENEY, VICE – PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED
STATES, ET Richard Chaney, Richard Dick Cheney,
Karl Rowe, George Ashcroft
ON PETITIONS FOR WRITS OF CERTIORARI TO THE UNITED
STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
It is the judgment of the people of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA that the illegally judicially sanctioned administration of the illegally sitting George W. Bush has become a “clear and present danger” to the Constitution of The United States of America, The Bill of Rights, and the American people, and the world at large by the following points:
By this total disrespect of the office, the oath of office, and the contempt of the
American people and their rights, we now consider President George Bush, and Vice-President Dick Cheney, and Karl Rowe to be a threat to and an enemy of the United States of America, the American people, the Bill of Rights, and our way of life.
If you think that you can get away with denying the American people, our basic rights of privacy by authorizing thousands of potentially illegal wiretaps, then you are sadly lacking in the critical analysis department. You have pissed off the wrong people. Your current abuse of power has threatened the very core of our Constitution. Since you do not intend to guard loyal Americans privacies, I will devote and exhaust all efforts to see you topple from power.
The people v. George w. Bush 1
As a citizen, and a veteran, I demand a thorough and independent investigation of your current illegal administration’s alleged illegal wiretapping activities. Including: (1) appointment of a special prosecutor to respond to any criminal activity that may have taken place, at any level, (2) a thorough, meaningful and open Congressional investigation, (3) protection for all whistleblowers who come forward with evidence of wrongdoing in this program.
Your recent decisions were not about keeping track of terrorists, as you already have that power. What they are about is a breach of the Constitution, even though your administration said the spying program is narrow in scope, and that it was only, ”restricted to people with ties to Al Qaeda.” Reported also although differently, mentioning that the overpowering data that has been collected thus far repeatedly has, “led to innocent Americans.”
Evidently, the bi–partisan belief is that you have broken the law, even as you claim sir, that it was, “only the Democrats,’ who are objecting to the NSA programs.” If you do not believe me, then ask Republicans like; Lindsey Graham, Sam Brownback, John McCain and Arlen Specter who have made some of the harshest criticism of the program.
Congress did not give you the ability to conduct illegal covert programs. Your illegal administration has claimed the right to conduct secret wiretaps because of a Congressional resolution that went into effect after September11, 2001. The impartial Congressional Research Service established that the resolution did not authorize the program, and thought it “unlikely” that no court would agree with the your rationalizations.
I pray that you live to see the day that you will be held to account
before the people of the United States of America for:
Illegal wiretapping of American Citizens,
Misleading the people of the United States and the world about the Iraq threat
The torture of Prisoners,
The violation of International Law,
The elimination of Habeas Corpus,
The elimination of The Posse Comitatus Act, a United States federal law (18
